Betrayal is available as a free iOS app with Android coming soon. No account creation required, just create a room, share a simple 3-word code, and start playing. Games last 20-30 minutes.

## How It Works

1. Gather 4-20 players and create a room with a 3-word code
2. Each player is secretly assigned a role: Ally (good) or Shadow (evil)
3. Day Phase: Open discussion. Accuse, defend, form alliances
4. Voting: Players vote to banish a suspected Shadow
5. Minigames: Compete in challenges for advantages
6. Night Phase: Shadows secretly kill or recruit an Ally
7. Repeat until one team wins
